Our rosé wine colored KOMBUCHA takes you on a journey into the new flavors! Red Shiso that is cultivated at the foot of Mount Kirishima, surprises you with the indulgent aroma but something nostalgic about its taste that lingers on the palate.
This is the most “nutrients-packed” KOMBUCHA we have ever brewed! Hazy yellowish green in color and an aroma of sweet tea, hay, and seaweed’s minerality with a hint of Japanese mountains is very pleasant on the nose. Mulberry leaves bring a surprisingly depth of character in the flavor and clean snappy finish.
